🔄 Exchange Policy
We ensure that every jewellery piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you face any issue, we do offer an Exchange Policy (no returns).

- Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:
• The product is received damaged or defective.
• There is a genuine size or design issue for certain eligible products.
You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, along with unboxing pictures or videos, for us to process your exchange request.

• The customer must self-ship the product back to our address.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
